Our experience was ruined by the noise. The walls were thin and we could hear everything from the hallways and other rooms.

I had a lovely stay, the staff were friendly and always happy to recommend places to eat and things to do. The hotel was clean and had everything I needed, including a ski room, lockers, and a room to dry my belongings after playing in the snow. The location was peaceful, and I could easily access the ski-bus only 100 meters away. The breakfast was decent and gave me enough fuel for a day on the slopes.

The noise level in the hotel was unbearable at night, making it impossible to have a good night's sleep.

During Christmas, we found the accommodation spacious and clean with spacious ski lockers to store all of our equipment. the location was perfect for ski enthusiasts as the lifts and slopes were within walking distance.

The room photo we received in the confirmation did not match our actual room, which was a huge disappointment. the Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow and constantly cutting out, making it challenging to stay connected with family back home.
